Chicken, Ravioli, Pine Kernel & Pomegranate Salad

LIST OF INGREDIENTS
75g of Cypressa Foods Pine Kernels
Halloumi-filled Ravioli (from Despina Food Stores)
Boiled chicken breast
1 pomegranate
Salad leaves
1 Chicken stock cube
1/2 a lemon
A pinch of salt
Olive oil
METHOD
1) Cook the chicken breast in boiling hot water on the stove.
2) In another pan, place a chicken stock to dissolve and cook the ravioli.
3) While both are on the stove, begin preparing the salad leaves, pomegranate and pine kernels. Mix these in a bowl.
4) Drain the chicken and ravioli and add them to the salad.
5) Season your salad with lemon, a pinch of salt and olive-oil to your heart's content, for a taste of the Mediterranean in your kitchen.
