Sometimes you just need to forget about all the worries in the world and have yourself some 'me time'. Perhaps you don't fancy facing the cold rainy weather, or you just need a day to completely relax & recharge your batteries, or maybe you're just nursing a particularly bad hangover. Whatever it is, the perfect remedy is a Duvet Day! If you really want to make the most of your Duvet Day, there are some essentials that you're going to need. So with that in mind, we've prepared the ultimate guide on what you'll need to have the perfect Duvet Day...... CLOTHING When it comes to clothing there is only one option really – PJ's! Whether they are a pair of cosy patterned pyjamas, a big comfy dressing gown or an old over-sized t-shirt, you'll want to be wearing something you can relax in and be happy spending all day in. A proper Duvet Day is about avoiding that business suit, those skinny jeans & those high heels – this is all about getting comfy. SNACKS Snacks are an absolute must if you're going to enjoy a successful Duvet Day. It's probably best to make sure you're well stocked up on chocolate, cookies, crisps, fruit, popcorn or whatever else takes your fancy and move it all into the room at arm's reach. One great way to relax is with the soothing aid of scented candles – gather your personal collection together, create the perfect relaxation mood & take in the beautiful aroma as you take unwinding to a new level. MEALS Don't even think about heading into the kitchen, the last thing you'll want to be doing later is cleaning up dirty dishes and left over ingredients. Instead reach for the take-away menu or iPad app and treat yourself to the biggest, greasiest pizza, burger, Chinese or fish & chips that you can handle - and there is no need to worry about the calories today! DUVET & BEDDING So everything is in place, you've got your cosiest PJ's on, the pizza has been delivered, the candles are lit and the kettle has boiled.
