Spindle Gearbox Overhauls

Upon arrival at Kugel Motion, the ballscrew will be photographed and documented to record important features such as ball-nut orientation and bearing arrangement as well as the condition of the ballscrew. We will then perform an extensive 22 point inspection of the ballscrew. We will generate a repair or refurbishment report for your review which includes: - Summary report on the condition of the ballscrew or lead screw as received. - Detailed information on the condition of the ballscrew or lead screw as received. - A traffic light summary for the condition of the ballscrew or lead screw as received. - Ballscrew repair or Lead Screw repair recommendations and actions taken. - A 19 point detailed repair or refurbishment test report with traffic light summary (if applicable). - Statement of warranty terms for the repair or refurbishment. We will provide a repair or refurbishment quotation with the report. We will also generate an affordable new replacement quotation, free of charge for the ballscrew or lead screw
