We supply 12 types of waterproof labels; each range is supplied on A4 sheets and is available in 54 label sizes, including rectangles, circles, ovals, and squares.
Waterproof labels are primarily chosen for labelling applications where a label may be exposed to water. This includes outdoor applications and indoor applications, such as kitchen product labels, cosmetics labels, bottle labels, jar labels, and container labels.
For a label to be fully waterproof, all elements of the label should be waterproof - including the print. All of our waterproof labels are made with a waterproof material and adhesive; a number of our ranges are made with a marine standard adhesive, which has been tested for three months in salt water.
Our waterproof laser labels will all produce fully waterproof labels are laser print is waterproof. Inkjet inks, however, are water-based, which means they will run or smudge when they get wet. Some of our waterproof labels can be printed with an inkjet printer but only our waterproof inkjet labels (made with polypropylene) offer a fully waterproof solution for inkjet printers.
Our range of waterproof labels includes white, silver, and transparent materials, matt and gloss finishes, and options for permanent and removable adhesives.
We also list two paper labels, which we call "splashproof". These paper labels will be damaged by fully immersion in water but can be safely wiped clean and dry if lightly splashed with water. they offer a budget friendly alternative to our fully waterproof solutions.
