International Women’s Day 2021

March 8th is “International Women’s Day”, which is celebrated around the world. It’s a day when women are recognized for their achievements without regard to divisions, whether national, ethnic, linguistic, cultural, economic or political. Despite operating in a traditionally male-dominated arena, Lamonde Automation is proud that 60% of its workforce are female. There is still a long way to go to achieve workplace parity overall in the world, we hope that we are going some way to help readdress the balance – you can do your bit too by choosing to challenge stereotypes and calling out inequality.
