ISO 9001 – Renewed & Change of Auditor

We took the decision after many years to change our audit company to a UKAS accredited organisation for our ISO 9001 renewal; more and more companies are asking for audits to be carried out by a UKAS accredited organisation. We selected ISOQAR, and whilst the standard remains the same, there were of course adjustments to be made in terms of audit expectations and methodology, which explains the near four month gap in our certification, rest assured, the lack of current certificate did not change the service levels that we delivered during that time and continue with.
