Modular Raised Platforms Design Fabrication and Installation

Design, fabrication and installation of modular raised platforms to improve the ergonomics of our client’s assembly line. Installation carried out over the facility’s Christmas shutdown.

The raised platforms elevate assembly line operatives by 200mm, enabling easier access to the top of the assembled parts. A total of 12 assembly stations and their control pods were raised up, with hand railing installed to accommodate parts trolleys sited along the platform (not shown) and ensure a safe working environment.
