Magnet Sales and Service Ltd can machine fast turnaround Arc Segment magnets in a variety of magnetic materials and radius to suit your prototype Motor or Generator application. We have a large selection of formed grinding wheels to machine outside or inside radiuses from stock raw material. We can magnetise alternate polarity if required, and have vast experience of assembling segments onto Rotors or Stators. Following successful prototype testing, we can continue seamlessly into production quantities using exactly the same magnet material grades for quality and consistency of performance.
