Outcast Kustoms Kelvin Locklear, owner of K&L Chrome - South Carolina and his wife April are the main characters in Outcast Kustoms, a show which will be broadcast weekly in the next years in America on the Discovery Velocity Channel. The series will start in March of this year. A broadcast in 2014 is planned for Europe. Kelvin has trucker’s blood flowing through his veins and has been involved with the industry since his childhood and is the leading designer for trucks, trailers and accessories.
