A SOLID ALTERNATIVE FOR PLASTIC PACKAGING

We offer solid board boxes as an excellent alternative to returnable plastic crates (RPC) for transporting fresh meat. These boxes are designed for single-use, ensuring optimal hygienic safety without additional costs for cleaning and return freight. Once used, the boxes can be conveniently flattened for disposal.

Compared to RPC, our solid board packaging takes up to seven times less space, minimizing shipping costs and reducing storage space utilization. We prioritize the best palletizing solution, favoring inter-stackable formats. Additionally, we provide flexibility with both machine-erected trays and hand-erected trays.

Machine-erected trays are delivered flat and can be easily folded and glued using a standard erecting machine when needed. On the other hand, hand-erected trays are delivered pre-folded and glued, allowing for manual unfolding at the moment of use, eliminating the need for a machine.
