IBC Filling/Sack Tip

The Matcon IBC Filling Unit is designed to enable dust-tight filling of the Matcon Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) off-line. The system provides for a fully contained transfer of material into the IBC, reducing the occurrence of spilt or wasted material. High standards of hygiene and dust control. The equipment is easy to clean for rapid changeovers and cleaning off-line. Increased product safety and quality is available with the use of a flatbed vibratory sieve and magnetic grate to catch 'tramp' material.
