IBC Dispensing Solution

Our pharma dispensing solution enables loading off-line of IBCs with excipients and API prior to wet granulation. They can also be used for formulating in before blending, prior to the dry granulation or direct compression processes. The system uses gravity for filling with in-line sieving or milling available. Quick changeovers are possible with easy cleaning of product contact parts or by using changeover parts that can be cleaned off-line. Interlocked solution to validate what is dispensed.
