Spares Department Matsuura are seeking to recruit an After Sales Engineer at our modern state of the art facility in Coalville, Leicestershire, to assist in maintaining the smooth operation of our busy and growing Spares Department. Reporting to the After Sales Manager, duties will include the purchasing of equipment and spares & providing spare parts sales support to customers both in the UK and overseas. This is primarily an office-based role that would suit someone from an Engineering background, familiar with technical engineering drawings. Knowledge of the CNC Machine Tool and 3D Printing industries would be advantageous, though not essential. Effective communication skills, along with an ordered, methodical nature will be vital, and attention to detail is an important requirement for this role. You should be able to work on your own initiative, as well as part of the existing professional team. Computer literacy is essential for the role. Full training will be given to the successful candidate.
