Interconnect and hardware specialists MECI Ltd are pleased to announce they can now offer the ranges of Oddie Fasteners formerly supplied through the long gone Ross Courtney Company under their ‘OFxxx’ references. Oddie are renowned for their ranges of Quarter-Turn Fasteners, designed to secure panels or components that need to be speedily and easily removed for servicing or replacement. These fasteners allow for Quick Release and a simple slam shut of the panel. The Oddie ranges include 4 different head styles – Slotted Dome, Wing Head, Socket Recess or Low Profile, 4 different platings or Stainless Steel, and come with grip length options from 2.0mm up to 65.0mm. To go alongside the Quarter-Turn Fasteners, are the Oddie ranges of Clip Receptacles and Accessories needed to complete the fastener assemblies. +UPDATE+ Supply of the Oddie ¼Turn Fasteners has become problematic as the UK manufacturing site for these items has gone into Receivership. Another source for some of the Oddie Fasteners has been found, so too a source for close alternatives, so thanks for your patience.
