The Fox Learns A New Trick

Here at Merlin we use a dedicated customer relations management (CRM) software programme to ensure that we are up to speed with our communications with our customers and prospects. Dave Fox recently attended a two day training course to brush up his skills and to ensure that he knows all the features of the software and how they can be integrated and used to further develop our business. 'Even thought we have been using the CRM software for many months now the course introduced other aspects which i did not know even exsisted. I can now see how these other features can improve our communication with our existing cutomers' Dave commented on completion of the course.
