Metallic Elephant Ltd are manufactures of Hot Foil machinery, Brass hot foil blocks, Brass type and magnesium Hot foil blocks and suppliers of foil and associated products We have been established since 2007 but as a team have many combined years in the industry. Co founder and joint Managing Director Karl French worked at John T Marshall for over 20 years, working up from apprentice to other senior positions in the company. John t Marshall where a renowned name in the Hot Foil market and there machines are considered the rolls Royce of presses. We are continuing that build quality and attention to detail with the manufacture of our own brand of machines - the KSF range. Alongside making our own presses we still have a desire to support and keep the JTM machines alive and while we can offer repairs and spares to most hot foil machines we are specialists in John T.Marshall (JTM) and the Impress brand of hot foil printing machines. We have full engineering facilities and manufacture many parts using traditional skills. We also custom build or modify machines for unusual projects and gas conversions are a speciality. We have a vast stock of used hot foil machines, normally over 20 at one time, and have a purpose built showroom so you can view and try out different machines. Alongside machines we are also very experienced die makers and have our own purpose built etching plant with 3 etching machines and film output facilities. We etch and dispatch blocks daily to ISO 9001 standards.
