METCASE’s premium TECHNOMET instrument enclosures are now available in a new standard colour scheme.
These sleek desktop and portable enclosures are perfect for medical and wellness electronics, test and measurement devices, industrial control systems, peripheral equipment and interfaces, switchboxes, communications, and laboratory apparatus.
The new colour option is traffic white (RAL 9016) for the main case, paired with traffic grey A (RAL 7042) bezels. This complements the existing colour choices of light grey (RAL 7035) or anthracite (RAL 7016). Custom colours are also available on request.
TECHNOMET aluminium enclosures are known for their modern, streamlined design. Diecast front and rear bezels fit seamlessly with the main case body, and snap-on trims conceal the fixing screws. The enclosures can be specified with or without a tilt/swivel carry handle that doubles as a desk stand. Larger models (150 mm) offer the option of ABS side handles for enhanced portability. Three sizes also feature a sloping front panel.
All TECHNOMET enclosures come with ventilation slots in the base and a removable rear panel as standard. The rear panel is recessed to protect switches and connectors, while the anodised front panel (available as an accessory) is also recessed to accommodate displays and keypads.
Internally, the base panel is equipped with four M3 PCB mounting pillars, and the chassis is pre-punched for snap-in PCB guides (available as accessories) in three, five, seven, or nine positions. All case panels feature M4 threaded pillars for earth connections. The enclosures are supplied with four stylish ABS feet, complete with non-slip pads.
TECHNOMET is offered in 11 standard sizes, ranging from 225 x 200 x 75 mm to 350 x 320 x 150 mm. Available accessories include front panels, PCB guides, and PCB/panel fixing screws (M3).
METCASE also offers full customisation services for TECHNOMET, including bespoke sizes, custom front panels, CNC machining, fixings and inserts, painting and finishing, and photo-quality digital printing.
