A Concrete Floor Joint Repair Sealant with a high modulus would be required where there is a low amount of movement expected, as in the case of old floors. A joint sealant of this type will be harder and more resistant to direct traffic. Whereas a Concrete Floor Joint Repair Sealant with a low modulus will be required when there is high movement of the structure. The sealant will be softer and will stretch further than a high modulus sealant. They are generally not used in direct traffic situations.
