These are labeled as Super Fan, Influencer or Verified User: Super Fan – These are Twitter users who have followed you or your business for a long time and actively engage with you on a regular basis Influencer – These Twitter users have a large following and hence the potential to influence you account engagement Verified User – These are the verified Twitter accounts of a business, brand or person These high-value Twitter users are essential contacts for increasing the reach and engagement of your Twitter account. To help improve and develop these relationships, the Engage tab shows easy-to-follow prompts to engage further with them. Understand The ‘Understand tab’ will allow you and your business to see key Twitter stats, metrics and audience demographics, filtered by custom time periods. More detailed post-by-post performance metrics can be seen for your shared content, which may include GIFs, images, videos views and other Twitter activity. To help you and your business to get to know your followers better, the ‘Your Fans are Tweeting About’ section shows what your followers are sharing and saying in real-time.
