Distributed Datalogging/Printing System

When a customer required a system to log and store data on a distributed data network, MAXIFLEX with CONET was chosen to store locally logged data with time and date stamp into memory, printing alarms with message tags as necessary.PCs on the network also access the stored data at will via the Conet Network, uploading and displaying the chronologically sorted data which is time stamped at source, eliminating Network errors due to propagation delay.Features of this application:Use of memory modules allowed large amounts of history to be stored before uploading to the reporting system. The CONET twisted pair networm was chosen for its ruggedness in extreme plant environmental conditions and over extremely long cable runs.
