What guarantee do you offer?

Under the terms of our "No Quibble Guarantee" a product may be returned in an unused and resalable condition within 10 days of the invoice date, for a full refund of the product price (excluding any shipping) This offer applies to any product ordered but found to be unsuitable for the customers particular requirements. OnsiteTools does not accept liability for packages damaged in transit during any return and proof of postage is not accepted as proof of delivery. We strongly advise you to send your package by recorded delivery, registered post or courier and to maintain sufficient insurance to cover the value of the goods. The cost of return carriage is to be borne by the customer - this will be refunded (up to a maximum of £5.00) if the product is proved to be defective.
Please note: A Goods Return Number must be obtained from us before the return of any product.
