Programmable Electric Actuator
The LPL80 Series
SMAC’s LPL80 line of electric linear moving coil actuators are designed for filling machines and come in the standard 80mm size.
The actuators use a DC linear servo motor, replace air cylinders and are programmable for control of speed and position.
Other features include:

A peak force of 170 newton and come with a standard 25 mm stroke. (Other stroke lengths are available)

Feature SMAC’s “soft-land” capability (which allows the actuator rod or gripper jaw to land on the surface of a component with a low programmed force)

Have a peak cycle rate of 2,400 cycles per minute and last longer than 100 million cycles

Waterproof with an IP67 rating. IP69 versions are also available.
