BS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Certification P S Marsden (Precision Engineering) Ltd was accredited with ISO14001 in 2007. The company is committed to continually improve its environmental performance and reduce its overall carbon footprint through a continual improvement process (CIP). The accreditation is maintained in-house and audited by an external certified body. BS EN ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Standards is a framework to assist in developing an environmental management system that can be integrated with other management functions and assist in meeting the company’s environmental and economic goals. Recently the company has: Completely replaced the factory and office lighting and fittings with high frequency lighting to the latest energy efficient standard Reduced water consumption with the introduction of PIR’s Introduced extraction systems to help eliminate any particles produced by processes being released into the environment. The company is investigating the potentials of solar panel technology.
