Continuous on-line monitoring can be used to alarm unacceptable deviations from established control points and to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Typical parameters may include pH, conductivity, turbidity, DO and TOC.
The instrument selection may be affected by the sample monitored espceially for very low conductivity water. The measuring range and the sensor selection is determined accordingly.
The microtol is a continuous on-line turbidity meter reporting the physical water quality as NTU using a nephlometric light scatter principle.
