Engineered System Measurements

Sometimes an "off the shelf product" is just not available and it is necessary to engineer a complete monitoring solution. System integration demands a diverse range of abilities. PPM is experienced in designing the correct monitoring solution combining manufactured, distributed and factored products. An example is a system installed for a brewery. The continuous on-line TOC analyser has been installed with sample preparation into a GRP analyser kiosk complete with sample aquisition, lighting and heating. The sample pH is also continuously measured.
