NTU - Turbidity

Turbidity is the physical characterisation of water quality. The parameter is used in-line as a continuous measurement indicating the amount of suspended solids in a sample. Different technologies are used for the monitoring of drinking water and final effluent streams. Suspended solids concentrations may also be monitored within activated sludge treatment processes. The Visoturb 700 IQ provides the most robust stainless steel housing suitable for waste water applucations. the digital sensor has many calibration files covering the range 0.001-4,000 NTU allowing the user to configure the sensor for the intened appltcaion. Multiple sensors covering a range of parameters may be connected to a single IQ Sensor Net controller.
