Introducing our brand new event, the Prima Solutions TwentyTwenty Challenge on Saturday 14th May 2016 will see participants in teams of 2-4 cover a marathon distance on foot, bike and canoe to change the lives of disadvantaged and disengaged youngsters. All participants are asked to raise a minimum of £250 to help TwentyTwenty break the cycles of hopelessness, worklessness and dependency in the most disadvantaged young people in the East Midlands. You will be supporting them to reach their full potential, develop self-belief and motivation, achieve in education, learn work-ready skills and attitudes and find and keep a good job. Over the last eight years, TwentyTwenty has provided pastoral care, encouragement and mentoring to hundreds of young people whose lives have gone badly wrong, enabling them to gain their maths, English and IT qualifications, helping them to see a vision of their own future and settling them on the path to success. Set at Carsington Water Country Park in the beautiful Derbyshire Dales, this superb team building adventure challenge provides a unique opportunity for you to challenge yourself whilst supporting the fantastic work of TwentyTwenty. In a nutshell you will bike 17 miles, walk or run 8 miles, canoe for 1 mile and complete mystery challenges on route to test your team working skills. Along the way you will experience Carsington reservoir, attractive conservation villages, wooded valleys and Carsington Pasture, enjoying stunning views with great terrain before being rewarded with a celebration meal to relax and meet other participants. Emphasising fun and enjoyment with participants from all ages and fitness levels, this is a fantastic opportunity to get active outdoors and make a real difference to the lives of others.
