Opto Diode's high power visible LEDs bring together the latest 1mm chip technology with a high quality hemispherical lensed cap to produce a narrow 7 FWHM beam. These parts also exhibit a very clean beam profile with no halo effects. The combination of high chip power and a narrow beam result in extremely high radiant intensity figures. In addition to the standard blue and red parts shown below ODC have also supplied devices from 360nm to 940nm so please contact APT to discuss your wavelength of interest.
Lumex's high power LED range encompasses 0.5Watt to 10Watt visible LEDs in a variety of packages, colours and beam angles.
Opto Diode also produces custom super high power single - and multi-wavelength LED arrays including their patented "Metal Reflector Array" (MRA) technology. MRA combines the latest high output 1mm LED chips with low thermal resistance substrates and high optical efficiency beam-shaping reflector cavities.
