KETEK offer three standard four-side-scalable SiPM arrays based on their WB-Series glass-window surface mount SiPMs.
The PA1125-WB-0808 is an 8x8 array of 1mm active area SiPMs mounted with a 1.36mm centre-to-centre pitch. The PA3325-WB-0404 and PA3325-WB-0808 are 4x4 and 8x8 arrays of the 3mm SiPM mounted on a 3.36mm pitch.
The rear of the arrays are populated with Samtec or Molex connectors giving access to each SiPM. Users can therefore read out the SiPMs individually, in groups or sum the entire array - making them suitable for use with large scintillators or segmented scintillator arrays.
KETEK's device-to-device uniformity enables excellent resolution when used with high resolution scintillator arrays. This image shows multiplexed readout of a 38x38 CAGG array (0.5x0.5x3.5mm? scintillator, 0.1mm reflector) and a Cs137 source.
