As the name implies, a layer of sauce or toppings is allowed to cascade over the entire width of the pizza shell as it passes below the dispensing point. The entire top surface of the pizza shell, French bread halves, or sliced bagel is covered by a consistently even amount of product.
The Waterfall Sauce Unit dispenses pizza sauce by using a rotating drum to meter out a thin layer over the pizza shell. Similarly, the Waterfall Topping Unit evenly distributes the food products over the entire pizza shell; multiple Topping Units can be used in series to deposit each of the different ingredients
