A recent report has been published by www.prw.com expressing the fantastic news that the plastic industry is becoming a safer place to work. This has been noted after a recent survey published by The British Plastics Federation (BPF) stating that injuries were decreasing out of the 125 BPF firms that were questioned. Common injuries noted in The Plastics Industry are often caused by incidents with machinery. Alan Brown, chairman of the BPF’s industrial health and safety committee said “it is encouraging to see a steady downward trend in accidents”.
