Plastic Extrusion

Plastic Extrusions Rayda Plastics manufacture bespoke products to either the customer's specification or can design a product for a specific purpose. We then custom design our extrusion processes to suit, and both design and manufacture some of our ancillary equipment in house. We manufacture a wide range of plastic extrusion profiles, tubes and pipes. Print on our customers' products with state of the art inkjet printers or hot melt printers. Extrude in a wide range of stock colours as well as offering a full colour matching service. Co-extrude two different but compatible plastics onto the same product. Design and develop plastic extrusion tools in house. Punch out and router holes as part of the extrusion process.
