MACLEAN EGGS TAKE DELIVERY OF SECOND EGG PALLETISING ROBOT

RMGroup always welcome customer feedback to ensure we are working to the best standards we can. So when RMGroup featured in The Poultry Business Magazine last month we were delighted and to receive the feedback from Angela Maclean of Maclean Eggs was great. The producers who are based in Berwick upon Tweed contacted RMGroup in the Spring of 2016, looking for an end-of-line palletising solution for eggs. Ed Pugh, Technical Sales Manager invited them to view a recent installation in Shropshire to experience first-hand the benefits of this type of palletising system. It also gave them an opportunity to discuss with operators the benefits of the robot. Speaking with a previous customer also imbedded confidence and the project was commissioned in August 2016. After a successful installation the Macleans’ built their second house 8 months later and ordered their second Robot. This enabled them to invest their time into husbandry duties, increasing flock efficiencies and other areas of the business. Angela stated “From start to finish the RM Group supply and installation was first class. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. The team do exactly what they say they will do”
