🚨 Recent call out to attend a site where the chiller had faulted! 😱 The error log showed "Fan 1 Overload" but was reset before we arrived. 😅

🔧 When we got there, the chiller was miraculously working and cooling like a champ! ❄️ But something seemed off... 🤔

🔄 Turns out, both fans were running in opposite directions! One was working fine, while the other was just freewheeling. 🌀 The working fan was causing air ingress, making the faulty fan freewheel. 🌬️

🔁 We quickly replaced the faulty fan, and now the chiller is back to its efficient self! 🙌 Downtime was minimized, thanks to prompt action. ⏰

❄️ The ambient temperature was a chilly 1C, but that didn't stop us from fixing the issue! ❄️
