A great quote from a great man. Criticism, if / when it comes, can be a very helpful tool. It makes us open our eyes to something we haven’t yet seen, allowing us an opportunity to improve our business or ourselves if we make the necessary changes. We, at Posture Group welcome criticism for this very reason.
When we received this email yesterday from one of our clients, although it is the opposite of criticism, it still helps us by letting us know that what we are doing is good and doesn’t necessarily need to change ...
Subject: DSE Workstation Assessor Course
Good morning Jonathan
I wanted to take the opportunity to provide some feedback following the on-site training yesterday in our Bath office.
The course materials provided were all clear and easy to follow and provide the required level of information to inform our staff new to the responsibility, without being too concerning.
Having delivered training for the past 12 years within our organisation and having been trained to undertake DSE assessments for the last 15 years I wanted to pass on specific praise to the trainer we had; Jac.
He was excellent and a fine representative for your firm. His relaxed and yet detailed delivery of the subject was excellent at disarming any reservations, and proved to be just the right tone to see all participants confident and capable by the end to undertake the responsibility.
It’s very easy for the trainer to overwhelm the people attending or for the training to become one directional. His open approach and ease of ensuring engagement was exactly what I would have wanted.
I’m unsure if you are the person best placed to have this feedback sent to, if not I would appreciate it if you could see it forwarded to his supervisor or similar for whatever recognition you deem appropriate.
Many thanks for the two sessions you’ve provided in both Bath and Newcastle, should we require further training I will ensure you are the firm we will come to.
Regards
Grant
