Posture Group has launched a new version of its online DSE assessment software system that is fully customisable to meet all client requirements and can go as far as to put a clients logo on the system. All questions are fully customisable and so is the reporting system that produces DSE assessment reports for all employees on completion of the online assessment.
Posture Group employs a team of more than 100 very experienced back pain, ergonomics and health and safety consultants UK-wide and provides our range of online DSE assessments, DSE assessments and DSE workstation assessments for more than 1,000 clients.
Posture Group offers an online DSE training and workstation assessment system to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Following completion of assessments access to an online DSE report for each user provides designated line managers with a view of responses where risks may be present, with suggested action points in each case.
If necessary, Posture Group's consultants will visit your premises after the assessments are completed to assist you in managing any users where further action is required that cannot be easily managed from within the company.
Although the DSE software features a 3-D animated training video, should you wish for face-to-face training for either line managers or users prior to commencing the online assessments this is also available on site at your premises.
How the system works:
i) Users log on to the online DSE system and view Posture Group's 3-D animated training video. This provides a visual guide to safe DSE set-up, seated posture and other important considerations.
Note: DSE Assessor training can be provided to those members of staff nominated to assist in the management of online assessments and post-assessment actions.
ii) Each user completes Posture Group's online assessment system, making any necessary adjustments to their workstation as they go.
iii) Assessment data is automatically collated by the online system and displayed in an online report summary with details of further action required for each member of staff. Line managers can search for users by name or department.
iv) If Posture Group is required to assist with any post-assessment action a consultant returns to provide a follow-up service – for example users with chronic pain. This ensures costs are only incurred for one-to-one time with users that require it.
