Electrical and Control Systems

Each bay has a servo drive system. An operating station is also fitted in order to facilitate machine operation. The servo drive may be mounted in the machine bay to be suitable for small lines or contained in a separate cabinet for multi-bay lines. A free standing control console is provided containing the PC control for each machine line offering simple operator interfacing with the machine. The PC offers the added benefit of 'on line' diagnostics reducing the need for engineers to visit should a problem arise.
