ROLEC's suspension arm range now includes three high-performance models, each designed to support different payload capacities: profiPLUS 70 for up to 120 kg, profiPLUS 50 for up to 80 kg, and taraSMART for loads just over 40 kg.

These modular suspension arm systems, all rated IP 54, are ideal for industrial electronics applications, including HMI, process automation, machine control, IoT/IIoT, and Industry 4.0 smart factory environments.

Flexible and Customisable Design

Each model offers a wide selection of couplings, adaptors, joints, elbows, bases, and support profiles, allowing designers to configure an ideal suspension arm solution quickly and efficiently. All three systems also provide ample space for HDMI, DVI, and network cables, ensuring seamless integration with modern control systems.

profiPLUS 70 & profiPLUS 50 – Robust and High Capacity

Designed for heavier-duty applications, profiPLUS 70 and profiPLUS 50 are perfect for use with ROLEC’s multiPANEL and profiPANEL HMI enclosures. A patented ‘one screw adjustment’ mechanism simplifies installation, while integrated cable protection safeguards internal wiring.

The profiPLUS 70 system also includes an adapter for profiPLUS 50, allowing compatibility with leading display panels from Siemens, B&R, and Beckhoff.

taraSMART – A Cost-Effective, Versatile Option

The taraSMART system is a simpler, more affordable solution, incorporating proven technology from the profiPLUS ranges. It offers a choice between round (Ø48 mm) or rectangular support profiles, providing flexibility for various applications.

High-Quality Materials and Finishes

All three suspension arms feature anodised silver aluminium profiles and durable diecast aluminium components in light grey (RAL 7035). Additional materials include:

• PVC-P bellows in anthracite (RAL 7016)
• POM covers in slate grey (RAL 7015)
• taraSMART plastic covers in anthracite (RAL 7016)
