Form In Place Gaskets

The form in place gasket is dispensed directly onto your product by a CNC controlled dispensing machine. Simple or complex gaskets can be bonded directly to a substrate allowing for easier production and assembly of products. Conductive and nonconductive formats are available. In most applications the gasket is formed onto your free issue part. There are many different formulations of gasket material available and the selection will depend on the specific application and design requirements. The gasket will typically be a silicone elastomer which can be loaded with conductive material for use in RFI shielding. When cured, these compounds have good adhesion to most commonly used materials and we can enhance this by the application of primers. Parts can be run in small or high volume.
