LIDL Food Store Project

Sponmech Safety Systems have recently completed a noise reduction project for their new and esteemed client LIDL at their food store in Woolston, Southampton.

Sponmech have designed, manufactured and fitted an air conditioning Acoustic Enclosure and two dry cooler acoustic surrounds to meet strict local authority noise requirements. All items were powder coat finished by Sponmech on the outside.

Following the installation of our acoustic enclosure and noise surrounds, an environmental sound survey was carried out by AIRO Ltd to test out the effectivness of our manufactured and fitted noise reducing products. The attached and downloadable report completed by AIRO  demonstrates that our acoustic panels and louvres are proven effective and successful because no plant noise was audible from the given sound monitoring positions at the time of the survey and after our products had been installed. Lidl themselves are very happy with the acoustic work we have done for them have scored us as excellent in their feedback to us. 

This completed project hails a new relationship between Sponmech and LIDL. Sponmech are very proud to now be an approved supplier of LIDL and look forward to working with them in the near future.
