Exhibition time - MACH 2022 - our biggest yet! Sponmech are happy to announce that we are looking forward to exhibiting at MACH 2022. In 2022 we?ll officially be joined by our Italian partners Tecno Pi? S.r.l at the show. After a gruelling 2020 for many of us where MACH was cancelled, Sponmech are excited to get back to the World of events and exhibiting in 2022. There will be smiles and joy on our stand. Come and say hello! MACH is the 'event for inspiring, innovating and connecting manufacturing' - one not to be missed! Monday 4th - Friday 8th APRIL 2022. Our stand at MACH (NEC, Birmingham) is set to be our biggest yet with the adjoining stand of TP Safe (Tecno Pi? Safety Guards). The two companies have worked closely together on improving safety of machinery for over 12 years and although Sponmech always have a stand at MACH it's even more special to be there toegether with our partners this year. We love that our two companies share the same business values and a dedication to the quality of our safety work. What are we exhibiting? Sponmech & Tecno will together showcase their machinery safety guarding on a live working machine. We?ll be displaying a typical example of exactly what is required legally by Health & Safety regulations for your machinery to be safe and compliant under P.U.W.E.R 98. (https://www.hse.gov.uk/work-equipment-machinery/puwer.htm) Also on our Sponmech stand we?ll demonstrate our ?Access Budget Safety Fencing? range which is perfect for warehouses, factories and production lines where machinery and personnel need to be separated. (View this product here: https://www.sponmech.co.uk/access-budget-safety-fencing-p8) What?s new from us at MACH 2021? We have some excellent machine safety products to compliment our safety guards that you?ll be able to take a good look at; 1) Automatic Sanding belt holder for lathes A safer solution to the use of emery cloth on metalworking lathes! 2) Internal polishing attachment for lathes This innovative tool is designed for polishing/ deburring inside bores of metal or wooden components on a conventional manual centre lathe. It is the safe solution to polishing inside bores without resorting to potentially dangerous makeshift tools or hand held emery cloth. Remind me, when is it? Sponmech and Tecno (TP Safe) together look forward to seeing you at the show, stand numbers 6-820 & 6-822. https://www.machexhibition.com/welcome#/ 4th - 8th APRIL 2022, NEC, Birmingham BACK
