A little information about us. Subli Blanks offers a wide range of blank products which can be personalised using the dye-sublimation process. Our range includes mugs mobile cases – smash proof boxes, keyrings, heat press machines and much more ideal products to add your own unique designs! Our product range is being added to all the time and our prices are very competitive. You can shop with confidence – our product quality is second to none and you won’t be disappointed. Subli Blanks was established in 2013 by Chris Brydges and now comprises a team of 4. From our business premises in South Yorkshire, we serve customers all over the UK and further afield. We are continually adding to our product range on a monthly basis by listening to our customers. Our products use a process called dye sublimation which is a transfer process whereby the image becomes part of the actual item. To work, it requires special machinery, special ink and paper, plus specific substrates with polyester coating. When the ink is heated to high temperatures it becomes a gas. Pores of the polyester item open up allowing the gas to enter. Once removed from the heat, the pores close – trapping the ink inside. The end result is a smooth image.
