The Role of Our Health and Safety Committee

Central to our commitment is our robust Health and Safety Committee, which meets regularly to address near misses and explore new initiatives aimed at further enhancing workplace safety.

Workplace Health and Mental Wellbeing

Recognising the importance of mental health, we have invested in training a dedicated team of in-house Mental Health First Aiders. Available to every employee, these trained colleagues offer vital support, ensuring that everyone has access to assistance when needed, whether for work-related or personal issues.

A Strong Record in Site Safety

We proudly report an excellent record in site safety, with our engineering team consistently achieving exceptional results in our onsite safety audits. Over the past seven months, not a single low, medium, or high-risk issue has been reported during these unscheduled audits. This remarkable achievement underscores the commitment of our entire team to comply with health and safety protocols and site-specific requirements.
