Summit Systems is pleased to announce a major evolution in its leadership structure, effective 1st December 2024. After 35 years of dedicated leadership, Mike Jordan has transitioned from his role as Managing Director to Group CEO. In this new capacity, Mike will continue to drive innovation, strengthen customer and supplier relationships, and support the company’s strategic direction.
Stepping into the role of Managing Director is Robert Last, formerly the company’s Finance Director. Over the past three years, Robert has demonstrated exceptional leadership, strategic acumen, and an unwavering commitment to the values that define Summit Systems. His extensive experience in both strategic management and hands-on operations has played a crucial role in the company’s continued growth.

As Managing Director, Robert will oversee all aspects of business operations and lead Summit Systems' strategic initiatives. Having already taken on many of the responsibilities associated with the role, his transition ensures seamless continuity in the company’s day-to-day operations.
