Symon Donovan Properties has been established for over 25 years. In 1992 Symon Donovan, a former Sheffield City College student believed he could improve the quality of accommodation for Sheffield students and embarked on doing so. Since then SDP has continued to deliver excellent student accommodation and was awarded the SNUG LANDLORD OF THE YEAR 2017 by Sheffield City Council.
