Rotur Detachable Ring Centre

Using the Rotur Detachable Ring Centre is a quick and inexpensive way to convert a 60 degree rotating centre to a rotating ring centre. Doing this helps prevent the wood from splitting due to the pressure of the point.  The Rotur Detachable Ring Centre fits snugly over any 60 degree point and self-centres when the tailstock is tightened. The sharp point of the rotating centre is still allowed to protrude ring edge for easily alignment. The  overall diameter is 20mm and it can be used in most woodturning applications.

The Rotur Detachable Ring Centre is machined from high quality EN8M Steel and then heat treated for maximum durability and strength. Made in the UK by Planet Plus Ltd. (Rotur SD2 Rotating Centre not included)
