Until recently the only forms of protective packaging were polystyrene, pulp cardboard, bubble-wrap, polyethylene and newspapers. Problems of damaged goods or breakages were a major concern for distributors of goods until the introduction of the Unique Air BOX By inflating the Airbox your product is fully protected by air columns that will not only hold your product in place whilst inside the bag but also the box .It offers superior protection and buffering properties with its individual air column chamber concept. Produced from high quality co- extruded film that is completely different from PE film. Its strong vertical and horizontal tensile capacity is several times stronger than ordinary PE film in length and intensity. It will withstand a buffeting pressure of 100kg and over a 6-month period the Air box will leak less than 8% of air. Consisting of 95% air and 5% film the Air Box requires less storage space than traditional methods giving you an extra 20% to 40% of space in your warehouse. It is an environmental and non-poisonous product. The air box is a high-quality product that when compared to traditional protective methods is well designed and competitively priced. It is an excellent alternative to all other forms of protective packaging especially when used on a wide range of products that includes, TV’s, computers, electrical appliances, glassware and wine bottles. In fact anything that is delicate and in need of maximum protection requires the Air Box. Product shape is not a problem, as the air bags will moulds itself to the product shape.
