Varley Hydraulics operates under a bespoke quality system, adhering to Health and Safety regulations and an environmental management system. They comply with CDM, ATEX, and the Machinery Directive 98/37/EC standards. Their equipment is designed according to European Design Codes, ISO, EN, and BS standards, and CE marking is applied as necessary. Welding is certified to EN287 and BSEN288-3, while non-destructive testing meets PCN & CSWIP level 2&3 standards. The team is qualified in confined space entry (City & Guilds NC2, NC3, NC4 & top man).

Varley Hydraulics is UVDB Achilles registered and pre-qualified to work with most UK power generators and water authorities.
