Fully automatic welding machines for manufacture of medical cannulas

Faced with a daunting challenge of hermetically sealing Micro Bore Tubing used in the manufacture of Medical Cannulas, Weldlogic Europe Ltd have developed a fully automatic welding machine which seals a rage of diameters and wall thicknesses to an exceptionally high standard. Conventional sealing techniques proved to be time consuming and unreliable and a new process needed to be developed and put into production to meet the ever increasing demands on Cannula production. The newly developed machine with a cycle time of 35 seconds seals 20 pre-loaded Cannulas to an exceptionally high standard, improved quality and significant cost savings have been achieved.
