It is safe to say that Easter has become one of the most profitable holiday seasons in the UK calendar. A report in the Retail Gazette 2018 started that Brits were expected to spend almost ?900m on Easter eggs & gifts in 2018 which saw a huge increase from 2016 where ?575million was spent by Brits. Reports indicate that in 2019 this figure could surpass 2018?s impressive figure. The report also went on to say that men would be the biggest spenders in 2018, paying ?25.42 on average compared to women spending ?23.53. It has become a big period for business owners especially those selling seasonal products.
